Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for Rebrand Consign.
Because Rebrand Consign is a pop-up consignment event with seller registration, event tickets, services, supplies, and consigned shopper purchases, all purchases are generally considered final sale unless Rebrand Consign states otherwise in writing.
Seller Registration
Seller registration fees are non-refundable.
Seller registration fees reserve your seller spot and support event planning, software access, seller resources, administrative preparation, and operational planning for the sale.
VIP Tickets and Event Admission
VIP tickets, early access tickets, and event admission purchases are non-refundable.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and access level purchased. If you are unable to attend, no refund is available.
Shopper Purchases
All shopper purchases made at Rebrand Consign are final sale and non-refundable.
Because items are consigned by individual sellers, Rebrand Consign does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for shopper purchases unless expressly required by law or approved by Rebrand Consign in writing.
Shoppers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing.
Supply Boxes and Supplies
All supply box and supply purchases are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, hangers, tagging supplies, safety pins, cardstock, bags, labels, and any other supplies purchased through or from Rebrand Consign.
Tagging Service
Tagging service deposits are non-refundable.
Once tagging services begin, the seller is responsible for the full amount of the service. Rebrand Consign reserves the right to withhold unpaid tagging service amounts from the seller’s final settlement or payout if the service has not been paid in full.
Event Changes
Rebrand Consign may adjust event dates, times, venue details, shopping hours, drop-off procedures, pickup procedures, or operational details when needed. These changes do not automatically qualify purchases, tickets, seller registration fees, services, or supplies for a refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
If Rebrand Consign approves a refund in writing, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge, purchase, ticket, seller fee, service, or supply order, please contact Rebrand Consign before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
Filing a false, fraudulent, or inaccurate chargeback may result in the amount being treated as an unpaid balance owed to Rebrand Consign. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebrand Consign reserves the right to recover the original transaction amount, chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection costs, and any other costs incurred in responding to or resolving the dispute.
For sellers, Rebrand Consign reserves the right to withhold unpaid balances, chargeback-related costs, or unresolved dispute amounts from the seller’s final settlement or payout to the extent permitted by law and the seller agreement.
