Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Rebrand Consign website, seller portal, event registration tools, ticketing, services, and participation in Rebrand Consign events.
By using our website, registering as a seller, purchasing a ticket, attending an event, submitting inventory, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register as a seller, sign agreements, purchase seller services, or participate in seller-related activities.
Seller Agreement
Sellers are required to review and sign the Rebrand Consign Seller Agreement through the seller portal during registration. The Seller Agreement controls seller-specific responsibilities, deadlines, payout terms, item requirements, drop-off, pickup, unsold items, and other seller obligations.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and the signed Seller Agreement, the Seller Agreement controls for seller-specific matters.
Consignment Terms
Rebrand Consign is a pop-up consignment event. Sellers may submit approved items for sale according to Rebrand Consign’s seller guidelines, deadlines, and item standards.
Unless otherwise stated in the Seller Agreement:
Sellers price their own items.
Sellers are responsible for entering accurate item information.
Sellers are responsible for tagging items correctly unless using an approved tagging service.
Sellers retain ownership of submitted items until sold.
Sold items are paid according to the seller commission structure.
Rebrand Consign retains its commission from sold items.
Current standard seller commission is:
Seller receives 60% of sold item price. Rebrand Consign retains 40%.
This structure may vary if otherwise stated in writing, by promotion, or by seller agreement.
Item Acceptance and Standards
Rebrand Consign may decline, remove, reject, or pull items that do not meet our standards, are not allowed, are damaged, counterfeit, heavily worn, incorrectly tagged, miscategorized, or otherwise unsuitable for the event.
Accepted categories, brand standards, item limits, deadlines, and preparation requirements may vary by event and will be communicated through the website, seller portal, Seller Handbook, email, or seller resources.
Drop-Off, Pickup, and Unsold Items
Sellers are responsible for following all drop-off and pickup instructions and deadlines.
Unsold item policies, including whether items must be picked up or may be donated, will be outlined in the Seller Agreement, Seller Handbook, seller portal, or event-specific instructions.
Items not picked up by the stated deadline may be donated, discarded, or otherwise handled according to Rebrand Consign’s event policy.
Item Liability Disclaimer
Rebrand Consign takes reasonable care in operating the event, but consignment involves risk.
Rebrand Consign is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, incorrectly tagged, unsold, or otherwise affected once dropped off, except where required by law.
Sellers participate with the understanding that items are handled in a large event environment and that Rebrand Consign’s liability is limited.
Payout Terms
Seller payouts are processed after the event according to the timeline and method communicated by Rebrand Consign.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payout information and completing any required payout setup. Delays may occur if seller information is incomplete, inaccurate, or not submitted by the required deadline.
VIP Tickets and Event Admission
VIP tickets, early access tickets, or event admission purchases are valid only for the event, date, and access level purchased.
VIP tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Rebrand Consign may modify event hours, location details, entry procedures, or shopping access when needed for safety, operations, venue requirements, or circumstances outside our control.
Purchases at the Event
All shopper purchases are final unless otherwise stated by Rebrand Consign. Because items are consigned by individual sellers, Rebrand Consign generally does not accept returns or exchanges on event purchases.
Shoppers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
Event Photography and Media Consent
By attending or participating in a Rebrand Consign event, you understand that photos and videos may be taken and used for marketing, social media, advertising, website content, and promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebrand Consign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
For seller-related claims, Rebrand Consign’s maximum liability is limited to the seller registration fee paid for the applicable event, unless otherwise required by law.
No Guarantee of Sales
Rebrand Consign does not guarantee that any seller’s items will sell, that any specific sell-through rate will be achieved, or that any seller will earn a specific payout amount.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
